Position Summary

The Technical Consultant is a frontline product and service expert who collaborates with our Revenue and Operations teams to deliver unmatched technical support to customers, field reps, and internal stakeholders. You’ll serve as a key bridge between product knowledge and customer success—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidence across every interaction.

This is not just a customer service job—it’s a strategic role within IGT’s commercial engine, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning continuously, and helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide real-time support and solutions to customers regarding hardware selection, installation, and product specifications

  • Deliver clear, professional communication via phone, email, and live consults (in-office or showroom)

  • Assist with quoting and presentations by advising the Revenue Team on complex product configurations

  • Document recurring questions and challenges to improve IGT’s internal knowledge base

  • Maintain and update customer cases in CRM and POS systems (EKO, Google Workspace, etc.)

  • Conduct product demonstrations or training for staff and clients, when applicable

  • Support IGT’s safety standards and warehouse handling protocols, including PPE use

  • Stay current on all IGT products and technical updates through internal learning

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in technical sales, customer service, or product advisory

  • Enjoy troubleshooting and translating complex specs into simple, helpful guidance

  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across written and verbal platforms

  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a strong sense of ownership

  • Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with experience in CRM, POS, or collaboration tools

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some flexibility may be required depending on customer and team needs, to work on Saturdays, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
